5-story residential building completed in 1867, renovated in 2006. Designed by Griffith Thomas as a warehouse, the 6-bay Broome Street facade is faced in tan stone instead of iron, unlike most surrounding buildings in the area. There is a 2-bay return of the same cladding on Green Street, with the remaining eight bays of the Greene Street facade in red brick. The windows on the upper floors are segmental-arched, and grow shorter with each rising floor. Stone cornices connect the bases of the windows on the stone sections, with corbelled feet below each pier. At the brick side facade, narrow band courses connect the sills instead of cornices. The main cornice is bracketed and modillioned, and crowned by a broad triangular pediment on Broome Street. The side facade has a much simpler cornice at the roof line. An iron fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the center bays on Greene Street. The ground floor is occupied by Cafe Cafe and Sicis (high-end Italian glass, wood, metal, tile and mosaic art).
