5-story residential building completed in 1866 as a store-and-loft building, it shares the same proportions as the three-sectioned building next door. The white cast-iron storefront is an extension of that next door, with the same fluted Corinthian columns and pilasters, and modillioned cornice. The upper floors are clad in stone, with three bays of segmental-arched windows. There are stone cornices below each floor of windows, with corbelled feet. The building is crowned by a stone roof cornice with large modillions and end brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Ochre furniture and lighting design.
