5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1862 as a store and warehouse. It has a 3-bay, blue-grey cast-iron storefront, with stone cladding above. All the openings are segmenta-arched, including at the storefront, which has fluted columns and pilasters. The piers on the upper floors are rusticated and the center bay is slightly wider than the outer bays. A metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a modillioned roof cornice with four large brackets extending down to the piers. The ground floor is occupied by Sunbury Textile.
