5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1867. Designed by David & John Jardine as a store and warehouse, it has a grey cast-iron ground floor with simple columns and pilasters. The upper floors are tan stone, with full segmental-arched window enframements with keystones. A metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a roof cornice with a rounded pediment. The ground and 2nd floors are occupied by Other Criteria, the retail arm of the British arts-based publishing company of the same name.
