5-story High Victorian Gothic-style cast-iron residential building completed in 1872. Designed by Calvert Vaux & Frederick Clarke Withers as a store-and-loft building, it is painted white, with arched openings at the ground floor (a wider, shallower arch in the center bay), and narrow round-arched windows on the top floor. The narrow pilasters, as well as the outer spandrels, are highly ornamented. A white-painted iron fire escape runs down the eastern two-third of the facade, which is topped by a roof cornice with four narrow brackets, rosettes, and an angled frieze of floral patterns. The ground floor is occupied by 3NY boutique.
