5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1885. Designed by E. Kilpatrick as as store, it was re-painted light grey in 2013. It has wide, fluted outer piers and narrower fluted pilasters with Ionic capitals dividing the facade into four bays. The facade is crowned by a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice.
