It is clad in red brick, with two slightly-projecting piers on the Thompson Street side, and stone banding connecting the window sills and lintels. The Thompson Street facade also has an ornate metal fire escape and a metal exhaust pipe running up the center of the wall. The original roof cornice has been removed and replaced by a brick parapet on the Thompson side, and a stone parapet on the Spring side. The ground floor is occupied by Famous Ben's Pizza of Soho and Vivienne Hu boutique.
