4-story residential building originally completed in the early 1800s with two floors. It was raised to five floors in 1861, and then altered in 1945 with the removal of the top floor, and a new facade was installed, surfaced in beige smooth-stucco. The building was altered by architect Henry Nordheim for Leah Slapo for use as a printing, silk-screening, and metal candy mold factory in 1958-1959, though the building had been occupied as a factory as early as 1945.

One large triple window and a single narrower window are aligned to the left of each floor. Each window has rust-colored mullions. Above the roof line is a glass railing around the roof deck, and a projecting elevator equipment housing on the right. The ground floor is occupied by Boqueria restaurant.
