5-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1826. It was likely originally two stories with a peaked roof. Prior to 1859, the building was raised to four stories and a commercial ground floor was added by 1907. The facade is clad in red brick with a simple roof parapet and black metal fire escape. The original stoop has been replaced by a street-level entrance, as evidenced by the replacement brick above. The facade is three bays wide, but there are only two windows on the 2nd floor. The ground-level is clad in rough stone. The ground floor is occupied by House of Horology.
