4-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1826 with two floors. It remained mostly unchanged until 1863, when it was raised to four stories. It is clad in red brick with flat brownstone lintels. In 1906 the Sullivan Street facade was altered when new window openings were cut into the wall. A black metal fire escape is located on both facades. The main entrance on Prince Street is at the left side, framed by pillars with vertical grooves and a triangular pediment. The ground floor is occupied by Bella Donna Cafe/Aliotta's Pizza.
