4-story residential building originally completed in 1831 as a 2-story row house with an attic and peaked roof. It was raised in height to four stories in 1876 to a design by Frederick Graul. The red brick was painted white, but is peeling. The three bays of windows have peaked lintels, and there is an iron fire escape over the right two bays. The building is topped by a brown metal roof cornice with five large brackets, and two smaller brackets between each main one, and a paneled fascia board. There is a small stoop leading to the entrance on the right, and a set of steps down the a basement entrance on the left, behind an iron railing.
