4-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in the mid-1800s. It was raised to four stories in 1894 under the ownership of John Belsch when a Second Empire mansard roof with cresting, dormers, and molded cornices was likely added. In 1907, a wooden projecting-bay storefront was added on the ground floor; this has since been removed and the storefront has been modernized. The facade is clad in rust-colored brick with four bays of windows above an altered storefront. A rust-brown colored fire escape runs down part of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Piccola Cucina cafe.
