6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1903. Designed by George Pelham, it is clad in red brick above a dark grey-painted, cast-iron ground-floor storefront. The 2nd floor has dentiled white stone band courses crossing it, with eared lintels over the four windows; the outer two are topped by rounded pediments. The 3rd-5th floors are bordered by white stone quoins at the corners. The center windows, and all of the 5th floor windows, have splayed stone lintels with keystones. The outer windows of the 3rd floor are topped by triangular pediments, and those on the 4th floor have rounded pediments. A black band course separates the top floor, which has four round-arched windows with stone headers and keystones, and white stone banding running horizontally across. The building is topped by a simple brick parapet, and a black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Emmett's restaurant.
