3-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1834. Its brick facade has been painted tan, and on the Prince Street side, the ground floor is composed of cast-iron with slender columns and elegant round-arched windows with thin, white mullions. There is a circular window above the doorway.
The top floor has a mansard roof facing north and south, with three dormers on each side. The windows have stone sills and grey-painted cornices, as well as green-painted wooden exterior shutters. There is also a small 1-story extension on the north side of the building, topped by an iron fence enclosing a terrace.
