5-story Renaissance-revival cast-iron residential building completed in 1872. Designed by William Hume as a store and silk warehouse, it has rusticated stone piers, and rows of Corinthian columns at the ground floor. The columns between the windows of the upper floors are Doric, dividing the Grand Street facade into nine bays (six bays on the left, and three on the extension to the right), and the Green Street side into 12 bays. The building is crowned by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice, with a rounded pediment at the center of the Grand Street facade. The ground floor is occupied by TEAM (gallery, inc.) and Boffi Soho kitchen & bath showroom.
