5-story residential building completed around the 1870s. It is clad in red brick, with six bays of segmental-arched windows with stone sills and eared lintels with metal cornices. Between each of the outer bays of windows are very small, narrow windows with small stone sills and lintels. A red metal fire escape runs down the two middle bays. At the roof line is a bracketed and modillioned metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Grand Street Deli.
