6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1911. Designed by Louis A. Sheinart as a white-glazed brick reform tenement, there are three bays of windows in the center (the northern one wider than the other two single openings), and double-window bays on each end. The ground floor has a black cast-iron band across the top with foliate decoration. The building is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice, and has a black metal fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by Sullivan Cleaner and 'sNice Cafe.
