6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1905. Designed by Horenberger & Straub as a tenement, it is clad in red brick with white brick quoins at the corners, and white brick bands across each of the upper floors. There are double windows in the center of each floor, with a single window on the outer side, and a very narrow window between each, although the narrow bay on the north side has been bricked-in. The windows all have splayed stone lintels with prominent scrolled and carved keystones, except for the top floor, which is crowned by a metal roof cornice with modillions and carved swag in the fascia board, and a bracket on each end. The ground floor is occupied Les Petits Chapelais boutique.
