6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1906. Designed by Ernest Greene as a tenement, it was the earlier site of the original Saint Anthony of Padua Church (1846), which was rebuilt on the neighboring site in 1886. The ground floor is lined with storefronts, and has a central entrance flanked by Ionic columns. The upper floors are clad in brown brick and have a deeply recessed central section, above the entrance. The windows have flat stone sills and lintels, and black metal fire escape runs down either side. The top floor has brick paneling and corbelling. The building's groud floor is occupied by West Lake Laundromat, Pino Prime Meats, and Pepe Rosso To Go.
