5-story Neo-Grec style building in three 4-bay sections, all completed in 1875 as tenements. Designed by William Zschwetzke, the trio had its entire first floor refaced in painted stucco in the early 1900s. The upper floors are clad in red brick, and have narrow windows, quite tall at the 2nd floor, and growing shorter on each floor as they go up. They all have projecting sills with corbelled feet and elaborate iron moldings, and the 2nd floor also has triangular pediments on top. Three red-painted metal fire escapes run down the facade, which is crowned by a trio of very elaborate roof cornices with scrolled brackets, carved panels in the facsia boards, and triangular pediments in the centers.
