6-story Neo-Classical residential building completed in 1916. Designed by George Casazza, it is clad in red brick above a white stone ground floor. The entrance is round-arched and framed by a pair of Doric columns. The plate glass showroom window are modern replacements. The two inner bays of the upper floors are rectangular, and the outer bays square. Each is framed in brick with stone corners and sills. Stone band courses cross the bases of the 4th & 6th floors, and there is a metal railing atop the brick roof parapet. A rust-painted metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Grand Soho Nails and Il Bisonte boutique.
