5-story Greek-revival residential building originally completed in 1836 as a row house. It was substantially altered as a fire station for Warren Hose Company No. 33 (c. 1849-1865), a stable with wagon storage (c. 1885-c. 1924), and as a cooperage, barrel storage facility, and manufactory of wood products (c. 1951-c. 1971). The building also served as the clubhouse of the Caledonian Club from 1866 to 1879. The current facade was installed in 1971, designed by Carl Kaiserman.

The right side of the ground floor has a wide, 3-doored entrance, and the facade is clad in reddish-orange brick. There is one bay of windows with stone sills and flat lintels on the left side of the facade, and two to the right. A rust-painted metal fire escape zig-zags down the facade from one side to the other. The roof parapet has a simple stone coping.
