5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1874. Designed by William Jose as a tenement, and built at the same time as 105 next door. It is clad in red-painted brick, four bays across. The 2nd-floor windows have elaborate peaked pediments lintels, painted white, while the floors above have flat pediments. All the windows above the 2nd floor have red-painted projecting sills with corbelled feet. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with paired brackets, modillions and dentils. Modern Tibet rug store, and STUart jewelry are on the ground level.
