6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1907. Designed by Charles M. Straub as a store and tenement building, it is clad in red brick above ground-floor storefronts. There are brick quoins on the corners, and the stone window lintels are all connected (they are splayed on the 2nd floor). The top floor has round-arched windows. The southermost bay on West Broadway has been bricked-in, and a tall brick parapet marks the roof line. A metal fire escape runs down the center two bays of the West Broadway facade, with another fire escape over the center two bays on Prince Street. The southern elevation is clad in tan brick, with single windows framed by shallow segmental-arches, and square-headed double-windows, as well as a third fire escape. The ground floor is occupied by several retailers, including Chobani Soho Blend, Marisa Perry Atelier, Swatch, Aesop, Happy Socks, Robert Marc, Moleskine, and Vilebrequin.
