5-story Italianate, cast-iron mercantile building completed in 1872. Designed by John H. Whitenack as a store-and-loft building, it has slender columns separating the six bays of windows, and a banded stone pier on either end. The roof cornice has thick modillions, and a rounded pediment in the center, with the date of construction emblazoned in gold below. A brick elevator equipment housing rises above the south side of the cornice, and a white metal fire escape runs down the center two bays. The building is currently occupied on the ground floor by 7 For All Mankind, an apparel store.
