6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1908. Designed by Charles M. Straub as a tenement, the facade was recently painted red, with brown trim; it had previously been painted pink. Each floor has three large windows, with two smaller narrow windows in between. Except for the top floors, the right-side large windows and left-side small windows have all been bricked-in. Some of the openings have small cornices, with the others having large splayed lintels with scrolled keystones. The top floor has horizontal banding, and a metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice with large modillions. Cafe Borgia has occupied the ground floor since 1975.
