5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1873. Designed by William Jose as a tenement, the facade is clad in red-painted brick with stone quoins at the edges, trimmed in tan. The facade was previously painted pink. The four bays of 2nd floor windows are capped by triangular pediments, while the windows on the floors above have paneled cornices. The building is crowned by a bracketed and paneled roof cornice with a peaked ornamental pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Think Closet boutique, and Badichi custom belts.
