There are two raised entrances with stoops on Prince, and also a green metal fire escape. The corner has a storefront with grey-painted cast-iron pilasters. Ground floor retailers include Girl Props, A Second Chance resale boutique, and Bapple, Inc. real estate broker. There is a large billboard mounted on the roof, and a metal railing around the roof line.
