5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1872. Designed by William Jose as a store and tenement building for owner George Kuhn, it is clad in red-painted brick, with a red-painted wrought-iron fire escape. The windows have curved lintels (except for the left-center bay) and sills with corbelled feet. The building is crowned by a bracketed red metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by K&W Trading Company, and Nite Stop.
