7-story Queen Anne-style mercantile building completed in 1893. Designed by Buchman & Deisler as a store for Frederick Woehr, it is clad in red brick, with a grey metal fire escape running down the center. The top-floor windows are round-arched and the building is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Gallery Salon Soho.
