5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1879. Designed by Detlef Lienau as a store and tenement building, it is clad in brick that has painted painted various colors over the years. There are four bays of square-headed windows with flat stone sills and lintels. The fire escape running down the center has recently been painted bright red. The building is crowned by a red metal bracketed roof cornice. In 1935, the building was finally provided with indoor bathroom facilities. The ground floor is occupied by Kiki Skin Care.
