5-story residential building completed in 1909. Designed by Charles M. Straub as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in beige brick. A black metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade. The building was occupied by a variety of tenants over the years, including a machine shop, paper box company, rag storage warehouse, and in the 2000s by Poggesi Italian Bed Linens. The upper stories have recently been converted to apartments. The ground floor storefront is painted bright orange and occupied by Bobby Berk Home Furniture.
