6-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1906. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, the upper floors are clad in tan brick, with quoins around the 2nd-story windows, and a rounded corner at the intersection of Lafayette and Spring. The windows are single-pane replacements of the originals. There is a grey metal fire escape on the north facade, and a black metal roof cornice wrapping around both main facades. The exposed western wall is clad in red brick on the top floor, with bare concrete below. A large advertisement covers the portion nearest the street. Spring Street Natural restaurant and bar occupies the ground floor.
