7-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1890. Designed by Horgan & Slattery as a store-and-loft/warehouse building, it has twin entrances topped by round-arches and framed by rough stone. Above a white metal cornice, the upper floors are clad in beige brick and rust-red stone. There is a good deal of corbelled brickwork, and round-arched windows at the top floor. A white metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is crowned by a tall metal cornice with small round-arched and a pair of rounded pediments on the ends, stepped up in the center and topped by a triangular pediment. The building was converted to cooperative apartments in 1980, and renovated in 2006.
