6-story Italianate residential building completed in 1857 as a store and tenement. It is clad in rust red-painted brick, with metal cornices over the windows, spanning four bays. The building is topped by a black metal bracketed roof cornice and has a black iron fire escape. The exposed northern wall is clad in plain brick. The ground floor is occupied by Jean Shop.
