3-story building completed in 1904. Designed by P. Roberts & Company as a store and offices for Gustav Helmstetter, it has four bays of windows. An original cornice was removed later in the 20th century, and replaced with a billboard mounted on the roof. Since 1997, Ruben's Empanadas has occupied the ground floor, with apartments above.
