7-story renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1897. Designed by Louis Korn as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in beige brick, cast-iron and terra-cotta. A large panel with foliate design tops the ground floor. The windows bays of the 3rd-5th floors are angled, with carved swag in the spandrels. The top floor has round-arched windows, and the building is crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice. It was converted to a residential cooperative in the early 1990s. The ground floor is occupied by Ankasa furnishings.
