6-story residential building completed in 1884. Designed by John B. Snook as a store, it is clad in dark-red brick with stone banding. The Canal Street facade has three projecting piers separating the facade into two halves with two bays each, with another four piers on the longer Greene Street side, and both elevations are crowned by a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice. The Green Street elevation has a center section of five single windows between the double-bay end sections. Also known as 6 Greene Street. The ground floor is occupied by Canal Rubber.
