5-story mercantile building completed in 1868. Designed by Isaac F. Duckworth, it is composed of cream-colored cast-iron. The easternmost of the three bays of windows has been filled in; a fire escape cover the other two bays. At the roof line of the Canal facade is an ornate bracketed roof cornice with modillions and dentils, and three large brackets in the center. The ground floor houses New York Souvenirs, and SoHo Luggage, and the eastern facade offers an enormous advertising display surface (in 2009, it was a four-story tall Grand Theft Auto video game ad, which was painted over in 2012). The western wall is clad in brown brick.
