5-story mercantile/residential building completed in 1883, renovated in 2000. Designed by William E. Bloodgood. It has been used for storage and manufacturing by its occupants, including companies making dry goods, blankets, and hosiery; cloaks and suits; a dye company; a dry cleaning and ironing company; and a metal equipment firm. Currently the first story is occupied by Uncle Steve car audio store and the upper stories have been converted to residential use. The front and rear facades are clad in red brick with white stone sills and lintels, and the western side wall is clad in brown brick.
