5-story residential building completed in 1855. Designed by T. Thomas & Son as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in brownstone above a green cast-iron storefront. The windows are recessed under segmental-arched enframements, and have protruding sills with corbelled feet. A brown metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a modillioned metal roof cornice with end brackets. The ground floor is occupied by William Ivey Long Studios.
