6-story residential building completed in 1884, renovated in 1977. Designed by Lewis H. Broome as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red brick. The ground floor has tall white cast-iron pilasters. The upper-floors windows are segmental-arched (except for the top floor), surrounded by a variety of decorative brickwork and stone accents. A black metal fire escape runs down the front facade, which is topped by a white metal roof cornice. The exposed eastern wall is blank brick, partially painted red, with two small windows cut into the 5th floor. The building was converted to apartments in 1977.
