5-story residential building completed in 1870. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a store-and-loft building, it has a facade of white cast-iron. The windows are segmental-arched at the upper floors, with dentils and keystones, separated by Doric columns. Taller Doric columns appear at the ground floor, which is topped by a modillioned cornice. Other cornices separates the upper floor, and a projecting modillioned roof cornice caps the facade. Currently residential at the upper stories, the Printers Supply Co. occupies the first story of the building.
