5-story residential building completed in 1862 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in light tan stone over a cast-iron ground floor with pale-green painted fluted Corinthian columns and cornice. The upper floors have stone quoins at the edges, and full enframements around the windows, with corbelled feet on the sills, and small cornices on top. A grey-green metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed black metal roof cornice.
