5-story residential building completed in 1868. It has a cast-iron facade, cream-colored on the upper floors, and grey on the ground floor, where there are Doric columns and a dentiled cornice. The upper floors have squared pilasters between the windows and cornices separating each floor. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, paneled fascia boards, and a rounded pediment in the center. The building has been used as a showroom and storage facility with offices on the second floor, until being converted to apartments around the 1980s.
