5-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by Benjamin W. Warner for Sarah Jane Zabriskie. The Zabriskie family remained connected to this property for almost 100 years. Currently the building's first story accommodates the textile industry and the upper stories have been converted to residential use. The ground floor is grey-painted cast-iron with Doric columns. The upper floors are clad in light-colored stone with prominent quoins at the corners and recessed windows with cornices. A silver metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a grey metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils.
