5-story residential building completed in 1880. Designed by John B. McIntyre as a store-and-loft building, it has a ground floor of narrow black cast-iron pilasters with red brick infill. The residential entrance and two windows to the left of the storefront door have round-arches on top. The upper floors have grey brick piers, with two sets of paired windows in cast-iron framing. A cornice with large dentils caps the 2nd & 5th floors, while a pair of shallow brick arches with keystones top the 4th-floor windows. A black metal fire escape runs down the left side of the facade, which is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The building has been used as offices, showrooms, and storage space. It is currently residential with Let There Be Neon, a neon-sign store, on the ground floor.
