5-story residential building completed in 1880. Designed by J. Morgan Slade as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in dark-grey brick above a light-blue painted cast-iron ground floor with wood infill. A wide, shallow arch covers the windows on the 4th floor; the top floor has five evenly spaced windows, in contrast to the groupings of three larger windows on the other floors. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by the Best Made Company outdoor apparel.
