3-story residential building completed in 1865, with an alteration in 1894. At the turn of the century, it was owned by Denison P. Chesebro, a ladder manufacturer, and was occupied by a restaurant at the first story. Later it was used by a printing and stationery company for offices and storage, and then by fabric companies. It is currently residential on the top two floors, with Billy's Bakery located on the ground level. The ground floor is grey-painted cast-iron with a large show window on the left. The upper floors are clad in beige brick, with projecting piers and round-arched windows at the top floor. The building is capped by a black modillioned roof cornice.
