4-story residential building completed in 1836. The white cast iron storefront was installed in 1869, and the building was most likely refaced at the same time, resulting in the current rusticated sandstone facade. Later, the first story was altered again; historic cast-iron elements may survive behind the current storefront. There is a black iron fire escape running down the center of the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. Typically used for salesrooms and office space, this building continued to be occupied by textiles firms up until the late 1990s, when it was converted to apartments. The ground floor is occupied by a Crossfit gym.
